Abstract
Метою статті є дослідження характерних рис об’єктивних ознак злочину, передбаченого ст. 263-1 Кримінального кодексу України. Зважаючи на аналіз положень статті, інших нормативно-правових актів та наукових робіт із зазначеної тематики, виокремлено проблемні питання визначення об’єктивних ознак злочину та перспективні напрями удосконалення чинного законодавства щодо кримінальної відповідальності за незаконне виготовлення, переробку чи ремонт вогнепальної зброї або фальсифікацію, незаконне вилучення або зміну її маркування, незаконне виготовлення боєприпасів, вибухові речовини або вибухових пристроїв. The purpose of the article is to study the characteristics of the objective features of the crime under Article 263-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Given the analysis of the provisions of the article, other legal acts and scientific works on this topic, the author identifies the problematic issues of determining the objective features of the crime and the promising areas for improving the current legislation on criminal liability for illegal manufacture, processing or repair of firearms or falsification, illegal seizure or alteration of their marking, illegal manufacture of ammunition, explosives or explosive devices.
