Дисертація на здобуття ступеня доктора філософії за спеціальністю 081 - Право. –Національна академія внутрішніх справ, Київ, 2020. У дисертації досліджено комплекс теоретичних та практичних проблем адміністративно-правового регулювання взаємодії поліції з населенням на засадах партнерства. У роботі обґрунтовано низку нових у концептуальному плані положень і висновків, важливих для юридичної науки, а також діяльності громадських організацій та поліції в Україні. Thesis for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the specialty 081 Law. National Academy of Internal Affairs, Kyiv, 2020. In the dissertation the complex of theoretical and practical problems of administrative and legal regulation of interaction of police with the population on the basis of partnership is investigated. The paper substantiates a number of new conceptually important provisions and conclusions important for legal science, as well as the activities of public organizations and the police in Ukraine.
