Abstract
У запропонованих методичних рекомендаціях розглянуто особливості виявлення, попереднього дослідження, фіксації та вилучення виділень людини на місці події. Крім того, розглянуто питання, пов’язані з підготовкою об’єктів для експертного дослідження (відбір порівняльних зразків, упаковка, зберігання), надано перелік питань, які вирішуються судовими експертизами. Методичні рекомендації призначені для працівників органів та підрозділів Національної поліції України, Експертної служби МВС України, здобувачів вищої освіти, науково-педагогічних працівників закладів вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання.
The proposed methodological recommendations consider the peculiarities of detection, preliminary examination, fixation and removal of human secretions at the scene. In addition, the issues related to the preparation of objects for expert examination (selection of comparative samples, packaging, storage) are considered, and a list of issues to be resolved by forensic examiners is provided. The methodological recommendations are intended for employees of the bodies and units of the National Police of Ukraine, the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, higher education students, research and teaching staff of higher education institutions with specific learning conditions.
