Abstract
У статті розглядаються останні зміни у правовому забезпеченні спеціальних режимів господарювання в контексті імплементації в чинне законодавство України цілей сталого розвитку та їх подальшої реалізації. Відзначається, що вказані зміни призвели до скасування ряду стрижневих законів України щодо такого спеціального режиму господарювання як територія пріоритетного розвитку – інструмент вирівнювання розвитку окремих депресивних територій, і який покликаний реалізувати сильні сторони для подолання негативу відсутності інвестицій, відтоку населення, наслідків закриття містоутворюючих підприємств тощо. The article examines the latest changes in the legal support of special economic regimes in the context of the implementation of the goals of sustainable development into the current legislation of Ukraine and their further implementation. It is noted that the specified changes led to the cancellation of a number of core laws of Ukraine regarding such a special economic regime as the priority development territory – a tool for equalizing the development of certain depressed territories, and which is designed to implement strengths to overcome the negative effects of lack of investment, population outflow, consequences of closing city-forming enterprises, etc.
