Abstract
Метою статті є дослідження методологічних засад формування нових форм і моделей комунікації влади та місцевих громад, які мають підвищити якість й ефективність діалогу між громадянином та органами місцевої влади. В умовах розвитку вітчизняного інформаційного суспільства філософсько-правове осмислення природи владно-суспільної комунікації певною мірою залишається поза увагою науковців. Thepurpose of the article is to investigate the methodological foundations of the formation of new forms and models of communication between the authorities and local communities, which should increase the quality and effectiveness of dialogue between citizens and local authorities in the conditions of development of the information society.
