Abstract
озглянуто стан наукового розроблення проблем запобігання жіночій злочинності в Україні. Системний аналіз наукових досліджень створює теоретичне підрунтя для дослідження проблем запобігання шахрайству, що вчиняють жінки в Україні. Увагу акцентовано на наукових працях іноземних учених. З огляду на наукові здобутки попередників, висвітлено ті аспекти, що залишилися недослідженими й потребують вивчення. За результатами опитування респондентів визначено, що подальше вивчення питання слід спрямувати на формулювання визначення та здійснення класифікації шахрайств, що вчиняють жінки 6 обрунтування доцільності використання зарубіжного досвіду запобігання шахрайству, що вчиняють жінки 69 комплексну кримінологічну характеристику шахрайств, що вчиняють жінки 2 зясування детермінант, які позначаються на характері та динаміці шахрайств, що вчиняють жінки систематизування кримінологічних ознак особи злочинця жінки, яка вчиняє шахрайство 4,2 розроблення спеціально-кримінологічних та індивідуально-профілактичних заходів, що спрямовані на вдосконалення запобігання шахрайству, яке вчиняють жінки. Підсумовано, що комплексне кримінологічне дослідження запобігання шахрайству, що вчиняють жінки, в Україні не здійснювали.The article examines the state of scientific development of the problems of preventing female crime in Ukraine. The system analysis of the proposed scientific research creates theoretical foundations for the study of the problems of fraud prevention committed by women in Ukraine. articular attention is paid to the scientific works of foreign scientists. ased on the scientific achievements of predecessors, those aspects are highlighted that remain outside the scope of research and reuire solution. n particular, according to the results of the survey of respondents, it was determined that the state of scientific elaboration of the studied issue reuires improvement in the following areas to formulate a definition and classify fraud committed by women 6 ustify the use of foreign experience in preventing fraud committed by women 69 give a complex criminological characteristics of fraud committed by women 2 find out the determinants that influence the nature and dynamics of fraud, is done by women systematize the criminological characteristics of women who commit fraud 4,2 develop special criminological and individual preventive measures aimed at improving the prevention of fraud committed by women ,1 . t was concluded that a comprehensive criminological study of the prevention of fraud committed by women in Ukraine was not conducted.
