Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню одного з найбільш важливих та відповідальних етапів застосування кримінально-правових норм – кваліфікації злочинів. Особливу увагу в даному аспекті направлено на кваліфікацію кримінальних правопорушень при конкуренції кримінально-правових норм. The article is devoted to the study of one of the most important and responsible stages of the application of criminal law – the qualification of crimes. Particular attention in this aspect is paid to the qualification of criminal offenses in the competition of criminal law.
