Abstract
У статті проаналізовано поняття «слідча ситуація» та на основі узагальнення думок вчених щодо цього визначення автором зроблено висновок про те, що слідча ситуація – це обстановка досудового розслідування, яка характеризується сукупністю фактичних даних, які мають істотне значення для з’ясування події, висування і перевірки версій, визначення ходу і стану досудового розслідування кримінального правопорушення. The article analyzes the concept of “investigative situation” and on the basis of generalization of scientists’ opinions on this definition, the author concludes that the investigative situation is a situation of pre-trial investigation, which is characterized by a set of facts that are essential to clarify the event. nomination and verification of versions, determination of the course and state of the pre-trial investigation of a criminal offense.
