Abstract
У методичних рекомендаціях подано алгоритм дій поліцейських при виявленні фактів домашнього насильства стосовно дитини або самою дитиною. Розкрито механізм захисту інтересів дитини шляхом її супроводження до безпечної інфраструктури, надання потрібної медичної, психологічної та правової допомоги (методика «Зелена кімната», модель «Барнахус»). Інформування постраждалих осіб (дитину) про їхні права, заходи і соціальні послуги, якими вони можуть скористатися звернувшись до суб’єктів, які здійснюють заходи у сфері запобігання та протидії домашньому насильству й насильству за ознакою статі. Викладено судову практику, зокрема рішення Європейського суду з прав людини у сфері захисту дітей від насильства. Розраховано на поліцейських уповноважених підрозділів органів Національної поліції, здобувачів вищої освіти, науково-педагогічних працівників, державних службовців та інших фахівців, діяльність яких пов’язана із запобіганням та протидією домашньому насильству в умовах воєнного стану. The methodical recommendations provide an algorithm of actions of the police when discovering facts of domestic violence against a child or by the child himself. The mechanism of protecting the child's interests by escorting him to a safe infrastructure, providing the necessary medical, psychological and legal assistance ("Green Room" method, "Barnachus" model) was revealed. Informing affected persons (children) about their rights, measures and social services that they can use by applying to entities that carry out measures in the field of prevention and countermeasures against domestic violence and gender-based violence. Judicial practice is outlined, in particular the decision of the European Court of Human Rights in the field of protecting children from violence. It is intended for police officers of authorized divisions of the National Police bodies, students of higher education, scientific and pedagogical workers, civil servants and other specialists whose activities are related to the prevention and counteraction of domestic violence in the conditions of martial law.
