Abstract
Стаття присвячена вивченню проблем проведення поліграфічних досліджень для отримання криміналістично значущої інформації. У статті розкривається сутність поліграфа, правові підстави та вимоги до його використання. Звертається увага на основні труднощі використання поліграфа та шляхи їх вирішення. The article deals with the study of problems related to the lie-detector testing for obtaining forensically meaningful information. The article reveals the essence of the lie-detector, the legal grounds and requirements for its use. Attention is drawn to the main difficulties in the use of the lie-detector and the ways to solve them.
