Abstract
У статті досліджено особливості правового регулювання дистанційної роботи як однієї з нестандартних форм зайнятості в умовах ринкової економіки. Дистанційна робота набуває актуальності у зв’язку із розвитком інформаційно-комунікаційних мереж, розширенням ринку праці та збільшенням можливостей найманих працівників для реалізації своєї здатності до праці без обов’язкового визначення конкретного робочого місця. Крім того, зростання кількості працівників, які працюють дистанційно пов’язане також із поширенням пандемії COVID-19. The article examines the peculiarities of the legal regulation of the remote work as one of the non-standard forms of employment in a market economy. Remote work is becoming more relevant in connection with the development of information and communication networks, expanding the labour market and increasing the ability of employees to realize their ability to work without necessarily defining a specific job. In addition, the increase in the number of remote workers is also linked to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
