Abstract
У статті здійснено загальний огляд правових інструментів екологічної політики Європейського Союзу у сфері виробництва. Зазначено, що право Європейського Союзу спрямоване насамперед на вирішення проблеми впливу шкідливих речовин. Спочатку мотивом правотворчості було приведення у відповідність відмінностей між державами-членами стосовно внутрішнього ринку. Підкреслено, що ЄС розглядає комплексні екологічні проблеми всеохоплюючі з урахуванням правових стандартів. The article provides an overview of the legal instruments of the European Union's environmental policy in the field of production. It is noted that the law of the European Union is aimed primarily at solving the problem of exposure to harmful substances. Initially, the motive for law-making was to reconcile the differences between Member States with regard to the internal market. It is emphasized that the EU addresses comprehensive environmental issues comprehensively in accordance with legal standards.
