Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню енези інституту виконання судових рішень у ХV – першій половині ХІХ ст. на основі аналізу нормативно-правових актів зазначеного періоду. Висвітлені характерні ознаки окремих періодів розвитку виконавчого провадження на території сучасної України, починаючи з періоду перебування українських земель під владою Польщі та Литви до початку впровадження судової реформи 1864 р. The article is devoted to the exploration of the genezi Institute for the execution of judicial decision in the XV-the first half of the XIX centuries. Highlight characteristics of individual period in the development of the enforcement proceedings in the territory of modern Ukraine, starting with the period of stay of Ukrainian lands under the rule of Poland and Lithuania to implement judicial reform 1864 year.
