Abstract
Адміністративно-правова охорона – це інститут адміністративного права, що складається з однорідних норм адміністративного права, правовий вплив яких спрямовано на запобігання правопорушенням (профілактику злочинів) та відновлення порушених прав, свобод та законних інтересів фізичних і юридичних осіб, що здійснюються за допомогою адміністративного інструментарію – форм адміністративної діяльності публічної адміністрації, засобів адміністративного примусу та адміністративних процедур. Determined that the administrative-legal protection is an institution of administrative law, which consists of uniform rules of administrative law, whose legal influence is directed at the prevention of offenses (crime prevention) and the restoration of violated rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities through administrative tools: forms of administrative activity of public administration, administrative coercion and administrative procedures. It is emphasized that the relevance of the issues of the ratio of administrative-legal protection and administrative-legal protection is determined by their considerable theoretical and practical importance for the progressive development of our country, insufficient level of research and discussion of many provisions in modern theoretical concepts, the need for generalization and study.
