Abstract
Стаття присвячена аналізу юридичної природи поняття правової охорони земель від засмічення відходами, визначенню змісту зазначеного поняття, його правової регламентації, а також формулюванню висновків, заснованих на положеннях правової доктрини та чинного законодавства України. The article is devoted to the analysis of the legal nature of the concept of legal protection of land from contamination by waste, the definition of the content of this concept, its legal regulation, and the formulation of conclusions based on the provisions of legal doctrine and the current legislation of Ukraine.
