Abstract
У статті представлено результати аналізу ознак і юридичної природи адміністративних актів контролюючих органів у сфері оподаткування, що дозволило визначити зміст і обсяг відповідного поняття. The article highlights the results of the analysis of signs and the legal nature of administrative acts of supervisory bodies in the field of taxation, which made it possible to determine the content and scope of the corresponding concept.
