Abstract
У статті проаналізовано поняття «доброчесність». Визначено важливість доброчесності як однієї із вимог на посаду судді. Розкрито необхідність у законодавчому закріпленні критеріїв доброчесності. The article analyzes the concept of “virtue”. The importance of virtue as one of the requirements for the position of judge has been determined. The need for legislative strengthening of the criteria of integrity is revealed.
