Abstract
Стаття присвячена правовому моніторингу та його ролі у процесі вдосконалення правових форм реалізації функцій сучасної держави Україна. Аналіз наукового розуміння цього явища сприяв формуванню уявлення про його можливості. Вказано на важливість наскрізного здійснення правового моніторингу щодо правових форм реалізації функцій сучасної держави Україна. Спрогнозовано перспективні зміни правових форм реалізації функцій сучасної держави та їх результатів за участі правового моніторингу. The scientific article is devoted to legal monitoring and its role in the process of improving the legal forms of realizing the functions of the modern state of Ukraine. An analysis of the scientific understanding of this phenomenon contributed to the formation of an idea of its capabilities. It is pointed out the importance of the through implementation of legal monitoring of legal forms of realizing the functions of the modern state of Ukraine. Prospective changes in the legal forms of realizing the functions of the modern state and their results with the participation of legal monitoring are forecasted.
