Abstract
Висвітлено проблеми поширення екстремізму у світі. Здійснено аналіз практики окремих міжнародних організацій та іноземних держав щодо протидії екстремізму. Розкрито загрози, які зумовлює екстремізм для людини, суспільства й держави. Сформульовано пропозиції відносно формування національних систем протидії екстремізму.Освещены проблемы распространения экстремизма в мире. Проанализирована практика отдельных международных организаций и иностранных государств по противодействию экстремизму. Раскрыты угрозы, которые несет экстремизм для человека, общества и государства. Сформулированы предложения по формированию национальных систем противодействия экстремизму.The article highlights the impact of extremism on the development of human society and state. The authors stress that in the XXI century there is an increasing number of intergroup conflicts in the world. Stepping on the path of open confrontation, the parties of the conflict allow or encourage the use of violence of their opponents, seeking to complete their physical or spiritual annihilation. Therefore ideologies that justify violence are being formed in the society. Extremist methods and ways are promoted as the most effective solutions for social conflict. Combined with social and economic problems as well as political instability, spreading of extremist ideologies and practices can essentially affect the rights and freedoms of men and citizens, suspending the development of society and state.
