Abstract
Люстрація, електронне декларування, оцінювання працівників та інші заходи, спрямовані на проведення реформ державного управління, зумовили потребу в теоретичному та практичному розв’язанні питань щодо правомірності встановлення обмежень прав публічних службовців. Lustration, electronic declaration and other measures aimed to reform the state administration make the necessity of both theoretical and practical investigation of legality of restrictions of the public servants’і rights.
