Дисертаційна робота присвячена проблемі захисту прав людини з позицій легістського (законницького) та юридичного (природно-правового) типів праворозуміння. Обґрунтовано, що правове реформування має відбуватися на засадах гуманістичної природно-правової традиції, оскільки застаріла державоцентрична система правового захисту виявилася неефективною. Запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення системи захисту прав людини в сучасній Україні. The dissertation for a scientific degree of the candidate of legal sciences on a specialty 12.00.12 "Philosophy of law". ‒ National Academy of Internal Affairs. Kyiv, 2021. The dissertation research is devoted to the problem of protection of human rights from the standpoint of legalistic and natural law types of legal understanding. It is emphasized that legal reform should take place on the basis of the humanistic natural law tradition, as the outdated state-centric system of legal protection has proved ineffective.
