Abstract
Актуальність статі полягає в тому,що земля – найперше і найголовніше джерело всяко-го багатства. Це матеріальна першооснова благополуччя народу. Як просторовий опе-раційний базис земля використовується у всіх галузях народного господарства. У сіль-ському господарстві земля є основним і незамінним засобом виробництва. Вона є ма-теріальною основою всякого процесу виробництва із загальним знаряддям праці. За-безпечення раціонального використання та охорони земель – один з основних принци-пів земельного законодавства. Раціональне використання землі передбачає взаємо-зв’язок досягнення необхідного ефекту, який отримано від господарської експлуатації землі при мінімальних затратах з одночасним збереженням і покращенням землі в про-цесі її використання. The relevance of gender lies in the fact that land is the first and most important source of all wealth. This is the material foundation of the people's well-being. Land is used as a spatial operating base in all branches of the national economy. In agricul-ture, land is the main and irreplaceable means of production. It is the material basis of any production process with common tools. Ensuring the rational use and protection of land is one of the main principles of land legislation. Rational use of land involves the interrelation-ship of achieving the necessary effect obtained from economic exploitation of land at mini-mal costs with simultaneous preservation and improvement of land in the process of its use.
