Abstract
У статті розглянуто значення рішень Європейського суду з прав людини в національному законодавстві. Розглянуто правову систему України в умовах сьогодення. Сьогодні правова система України перебуває у пошуку найбільш ефективних засобів розвитку суспільства й адекватного відображення загаль- носоціальних процесів. The article considers the significance of the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights in the national legislation. The legal system of Ukraine is considered in today’s conditions. Today the legal system of Ukraine is on the way of searching for the most effective means of society development and adequate reflection of general social processes.
