Abstract
У статті проаналізовано питання щодо засобів оприлюднення норматив- но-правових актів, які зумовлені такими формами оприлюднення, як опублікування нормативно-правових актів, електронне оприлюднення нормативно-правових актів та оголошення нормативно-правових актів через радіо та телебачення. Виділено засоби оприлюднення нормативно-правових актів, до них віднесено друковані видання, аудіовізуальні засоби масової інформації та офіційні вебсайти органів державної влади й органів місцевого самоврядування. Друковані видання як засоби оприлюднення нормативно-правових актів поділено на офіційні та неофіційні. Запропоновано визначення поняття засобу оприлюднення нормативно-правових актів та офіційного друкованого видання. The article analyzes the issues of the means of the promulgation of the normative and legal acts, which are conditioned by the following forms of the promulgation: publication of the normative and legal acts, electronic promulgation of the normative and legal acts and announcement of the normative and legal acts via radio and television. The means of the promulgation of the normative and legal acts are singled out and they include: printed editions; audiovisual media and official websites of the state bodies and local authorities. All the printed publications as a means of the promulgating of the normative and legal acts are divided into official and unofficial ones. The definitions of the concepts of a means of the promulgation of the normative and legal acts, official and unofficial printed editions as mass media are suggested.
