Abstract
The article is devoted to the newest master's degree programs of Austria by example of a few most authoritative universities. The author describes principles of studies at Austrian master's course, the organization of foreign language training of specialists of law at the second cycle of higher education, reviews the documents containing requirements for foreign language training of postgraduate students of legal specialties.
