Abstract
У статті автором наводяться приклади найбільш характерного прояву принципів кримінального права в практиці Європейського Суду з прав людини. В першу чергу це стосувалось таких принципів як принцип верховенства права, принцип законності, принцип рівності громадян перед законом тощо. Обрані принципи забезпечують гармонізацію всієї системи права та системи законодавства як вітчизняного, так і міжнародного. The author gives examples of the most characteristic manifestation of criminal law principles in the case law of the European Court of Human Rights. First of all, it concerned such principles as the rule of law, the principle of legality, the principle of equality of citizens before the law, etc. The principles chosen ensure the harmonization of the whole system of law and system of legislation, both domestic and international.
