Abstract
Метою статті є аналіз кримінального процесуального законодавства України щодо інституту зміни повідомлення про підозру на досудовому розслідуванні для встановлення актуальних теоретичних і практичних проблем законодавства, а також надання пропозицій щодо шляхів їх розв’язання.The purpose of the article is to analyse the criminal procedure legislation of Ukraine with regard to the institute of changing a notice of suspicion in pre-trial investigation in order to define actual theoretical and practical problems of legislation, as well as to provide suggestions on the ways to solve them.
