Abstract
У наукових джерелах окреслено низкупрофесійноважливих умінь переговорника. Однак у наукових дослідженнях недостатньо висвітленозміст груп професійноважливих умінь, які необхідні поліцейським відділів (групи) превентивної комунікації. Методологія:у досліджені використано загальнонаукові методи, авторську анкету, математичні методи. Мета дослідження–розробити Картку професійно важливих умінь поліцейських відділень (груп) превентивної комунікації. Для її досягнення було поставлено такі завдання: 1)встановити перелік професійно важливих умінь, яких бракує поліцейським відділень (груп) превентивної комунікації; 2)обґрунтувати й розробити Картку професійно важливих умінь поліцейських відділень (груп) превентивної комунікації, які необхідні для ефективності здійснення переговорної діяльності. Наукова новизнастатті полягає в тому, що авторуперше розробив Картку груп професійно важливих умінь, які мають бути притаманні поліцейським відділень (груп) превентивної комунікації. Scientific sources describe many professionally important skills of the negotiator. However, research does not fully disclose the content of groups of professionally important skills that are needed for police divisions (groups) of preventive communication. Methodology–general scientific methods, author’s questionnaire, mathematical methods were used during the research. The purposeof the research is to develop a Card of professionally important skills for police divisions (groups) of preventive communication. To achieve this moment, the following tasks were solved: 1) to establish a list of professionally important skills that police officers (groups) of preventive communication lack; 2) substantiate and develop a Card of professionally important skills of police divisions (groups) of preventive communication, which is necessary for the effective implementation of negotiation activities. The scientific noveltyof the article is that the author for the first time developed a Card of groups of professionally important skills that should be inherent in the police divisions (groups) of preventive communication.
