Abstract
The relevance of the article lies in the need to conduct a comparative study of the peculiarities of the formation of the judicial corps in Ukraine and in the leading countries of the world in order to clarify the effectiveness of the existing national judicial system and its improvement in the future. Актуальність статті полягає в необхідності проведення порівняльного дослідження процесу й особливостей формування суддівського корпусу в Україні та в провідних країнах світу заради з’ясування ефективності чинної національної судової системи та її удосконалення в майбутньому.
