Abstract
Розглянуто особливості діяльності органів і підрозділів Національної поліції під час виявлення та огляду сховища зі зброєю та боєприпасами на деокупованій території, а також напрями використання спеціальних знань під час проведення даної слідчої (розшукової) дії. Розкрито особливості підготовки і тактики слідчого огляду сховища зброї та боєприпасів на деокупованій території. Наведено алгоритм дій членів слідчо-оперативної групи щодо фіксації слідів сховища зі зброєю та боєприпасами. Окреслено специфіку призначення окремих видів судових експертиз за результатами огляду сховища зі зброєю та боєприпасами. The features of the activities of the bodies and units of the National Police when detecting and inspecting a storage facility with weapons and ammunition in the de-occupied territory are considered, as well as the directions for using special knowledge when carrying out this investigative (search) action. The features of the preparation and tactics of the investigative inspection of weapons and ammunition storage facilities in the de-occupied territory are revealed. An algorithm for the actions of members of the investigative and operational group to record traces of a storage facility with weapons and ammunition is presented. The specifics of the purpose of certain types of forensic examinations based on the results of inspection of a storage facility with weapons and ammunition are indicated.
