Abstract
Мета цієї статті передбачає аналіз проблемних аспектів щодо забезпечення ґендерного балансу при реалізації права на працю з урахуванням сучасних викликів. В умовах глобалізації, яка сьогодні відбувається в усіх сферах життєдіяльності суспільства та в умовах світової фінансової кризи, особливого значення набувають процеси збалансованого розвитку ринку праці. Важливим етапом розвитку сучасного суспільства є забезпечення переходу України до сталого соціального розвитку, який потребує формування державної політики з урахуванням ґендерного компонента, тобто оцінки стратегії державної політики з позиції ґендерної рівності. Основний вектор реалізації завдань державної політики в напрямі ґендерної рівності сприяє досягненню Глобальних цілей сталого розвитку, проголошених Організацією Об’єднаних Націй (далі – ООН) у резолюції Генеральної Асамблеї ООН від 25 вересня 2015 р. № 70/1 і підтриманих Україною відповідно до Указу Президента України «Про Цілі сталого розвитку України на період до 2030 року». The purpose of this article is to analyze the problematic aspects of ensuring gender balance in the exercise of the right to work in the light of current challenges. In the context of globalization, which is happening today in all spheres of society and in the global financial crisis, the processes of balanced development of the labor market are of particular importance. An important stage in the development of modern society is to ensure Ukraine's transition to sustainable social development, which requires the formation of public policy taking into account the gender component, ie the assessment of public policy strategy from the standpoint of gender equality. The main vector of implementation of public policy goals in the direction of gender equality contributes to the achievement of the Global Sustainable Development Goals, proclaimed by the United Nations (hereinafter – the UN) in the UN General Assembly Resolution of September 25, 2015 № 70/1 and supported by Ukraine in accordance with Presidential Decree Of Ukraine "On the Sustainable Development Goals of Ukraine until 2030".
