Abstract
У статті досліджуються засади удосконалення реалізації принципу правоохоронної прозорості, а також сервісних процесів як напрямів підвищення та утвердження законності в діяльності посадовців органів правопорядку. Дотримання та удосконалення засад прозорості як на індивідуальному, так і на відомчому рівнях нерозривно пов’язано із феноменом законності. Незважаючи на дію принципу відкритості публічної інформації, за своєю юридичною природою правоохоронні відомості мають суттєві обмеження в обігу, а тому їх поширення вимагає дотримання вимог конфіденційності. In thise article is examines the principles of improving the implementation of the principle of law enforcement transparency, as well as service processes as ways of increasing and establishing legality in the activities of law enforcement officials.
Observance and improvement of transparency principles both at the individual and at the departmental level are inextricably linked with the phenomenon of legality. Despite the effect of the principle of openness of public information, by its legal nature, law enforcement information has significant restrictions on circulation, and therefore its distribution requires compliance with confidentiality requirements.
