Abstract
Стаття присвячена аналізу досвіду створення та функціонування сімейних судів, можливості їх запровадження в судовій системі України. Наголошено на існуванні законодавчих підстав для визначення спеціалізації суддів на розгляді справ за участі дітей, що може стати дієвим кроком для запровадження системи сімейних судів. Стан наукових досліджень з питань функціонування сімейного суду свідчить, що в більшій мірі вони присвячені аналізу моделей ювенальних судів в різних країнах, історичному аспекту їх становлення та не вирішили проблему пошуку та запровадження в Україні оптимальної моделі спеціалізованого дитячого суду. The article is devoted to the analysis of the experience of creating and functioning of family courts, the possibility of their introduction in the judicial system of Ukraine. It is emphasized that there are legal grounds for determining the specialization of judges in considering cases involving children, which can be an effective step for the introduction of the family court system. The state of scientific research on the functioning of the family court shows that, to a greater extent, they are devoted to the analysis of juvenile court models in different countries, the historical aspect of their formation, and have not solved the problem of finding and introducing an optimal model of a specialized children's court in Ukraine
