Abstract
Розглянуто питання визначення ознак кримінально-правової характеристики хабарництва, зокрема, предмета хабара, тлумачення окремих положень ст. 369 Кримінального кодексу України. З огляду на історичний розвиток і трансформацію поняття "хабар " запропоновано удосконалення положень чинного Кримінального кодексу України.
The article deals with the problem of the definition of the signs criminal and juridical characteristics of bribery explanation of separate theses of the article 369 of Criminal code Ukraine. Proceeded from the historical development and transformation of the definition of the bribery the arguments on the improvement of theses of Criminal code of Ukraine are presented.
