Abstract
У статті акцентовано увагу на тому, що органи та особи, які здійснюючи адміністративну діяльність у сфері примусового виконання судових рішень і рішень інших органів в Україні, виконують одну із належних їм функцій, що полягає у практичній реалізації зовнішніх і внутрішніх адміністративних повноважень, якими наділені такі суб’єкти права. На підставі аналізу наукових положень щодо розкриття змісту таких правових категорій, як: «правовий статус»; «адміністративно-правовий статус», а також характеристики суб’єктів, які здійснюють примусове виконання судових рішень і рішень інших органів в Україні, було запропоновано дефініцію поняття «адміністративно-правовий статус органів та осіб, які здійснюють примусове виконання судових рішень і рішень інших органів». The article focuses on the fact that the bodies and persons carrying out administrative activities in the field of enforcement of court decisions and decisions of other bodies in Ukraine perform one of their functions, which consists in the practical implementation of external and internal administrative powers, which are vested in such subjects of law. Based on the analysis of scientific provisions regarding the disclosure of the content of such legal categories as: "legal status"; "administrative-legal status", as well as the characteristics of entities that enforce court decisions and decisions of other bodies in Ukraine, a definition of the concept of "administrative-legal status of bodies and persons that enforce court decisions and decisions of other bodies" was proposed ".
