Abstract
Автором проведений історико-правовий аналіз наукових досліджень проблем негласної роботи та оперативнорозшукової діяльності в Україні, який розподілено на шість блоків проблем: що стосуються фундаментальних основ
перативнорозшукової діяльності та негласної роботи; окремих їх засад; протидії оперативними підрозділами злочинам, передбаченим Кримінальним кодексом України; специфіки оперативно-розшукової діяльності і негласної роботи оперативних підрозділів окремих правоохоронних органів; проблем протидії оперативними підрозділами злочинам певних видів (груп); проведення конкретних оперативно-розшукових заходів та негласних (слідчих) розшукових дій, у тому числі з
урахуванням особливостей протидії конкретним видам (групам) злочинів. The author conducted a historical and legal analysis of scientific research on the problems of covert work and operational and investigative activities in Ukraine, which is divided into seven blocks of problems: relating to the fundamentals of operational and investigative activities and covert operations; their individual principles; counteraction by operative divisions to the crimes provided by the Criminal code of Ukraine; specifics of operative-search activity and secret work of operative divisions of separate law enforcement bodies; problems of counteraction by operative divisions to crimes of certain types (groups); carrying out specific operational and investigative measures and covert (investigative) investigative actions, including taking into account the peculiarities of counteracting specific types (groups) of crimes.
