Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню міжнародних норм та стандартів щодо доступу до правосуддя, які розроблені та набули розвитку в європейській регіональній системі захисту прав людини. Проаналізовано положення Європейської конвенції про захист прав людини та основоположних свобод та Хартії основних прав Європейського Союзу, оскільки саме норми цих міжнародних документів є обов’язковими для держав-учасниць Ради Європи та Європейського Союзу. The article is devoted to studying international norms and standards regarding access to justice, developed in the European regional human rights protection system. The provisions of the European Convention on the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union are analyzed since it is the norms of these international documents that are binding on the member states of the Council of Europe and the European Union.
