Abstract
Вища школа сьогодні потребує сучасних інформаційних інструментів для створення онлайн навчального середовища, яке допоможе налагодити спільну роботу в режимі реального часу з використанням таких застосунків: Google Docs (документи), Sheets (таблиці), Slides (презентації), Forms (форми), Sites (сайти), Drive (диск). Організація онлайн-спілкування між викладачами, адміністрацією та студентами буде ефективнішою з використанням Google Meet, Chat та Gmail. Для надання, створення рекомендацій і контролю процесу навчання застосовують Classroom, бо важливим аспектом у цьому постає створення інклюзивного середовища навчання з індивідуальними налаштуваннями доступу, що враховують унікальні стилі навчання кожного студента. Враховуючи зазначене вище, стаття присвячена опису впровадження та використання у навчальному процесі ПВНЗ «Європейський університет», зокрема урахування можливостей засобів хмарної платформи – «G Suite for Education». Окреслено основні напрями використання такої технології у закладі вищої освіти, подано детальну паспортизацію сервісів та застосунків програмного забезпечення в освітньому процесі. Саме вони допоможуть сформувати спільне бачення проблеми використання інформаційних технологій у закладі вищої освіти навчання всіма учасниками освітнього процесу та дати можливість викладачам організувати максимально ефективне навчальне середовище. Визначено переваги та мотиви використання цієї освітньої технології. Подано опис та фотографічну інструкцію щодо застосування кожної із програм та у якій із галузей життя ПВНЗ «Європейський університет» її можна реалізувати. Для організації такого навчання заклад освіти перейшов на використання сучасної освітньої платформи, яка сприятиме підвищенню якості підготовки студентів, розвитку самостійної творчої діяльності, стимулюватиме одержання додаткових знань та їх закріплення, що забезпечить підготовку конкурентоспроможних фахівців для ринку праці. Викладачі сьогодні використовують широкий вибір пов’язаних між собою сервісів та інструментів, які можна використовувати під час організації онлайн-навчання зі студентами. Їх використання не лише поліпшує та оптимізує освітній процес, а й стимулює набуття учнями навичок використання цифрових технологій, що є однією з визначних цілей сучасної вищої освіти. Перспективним вважаємо покроковий аналіз інших застосунків «G Suite for Education» у зіставному аспекті. Higher education today needs modern information tools to create an online learning environment that will help establish real-time collaboration using the following applications: Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, Drive, and other applications. Online communication between teachers, administration and students will be more effective with Google Meet, Chat and Gmail. Classroom is used to provide, create recommendations and control the learning process, as an important aspect of this is the creation of an inclusive learning environment with individual access settings that take into account the unique learning styles of each student. Given the above, the article describes the implementation and use of the European University in the educational process, in particular, taking into account the capabilities of the cloud platform - G Suite for Education. The main directions of using this technology in a higher education institution are outlined, and a detailed certification of software services and applications in the educational process is provided. They will help to form a common vision of the problem of using information technology in higher education institutions by all participants in the educational process and enable teachers to organise the most effective learning environment. The advantages and motives for using this educational technology are identified. A description and photographic instruction on the use of each of the programmes and in which of the areas of life of the European University can be implemented are given. To organise such training, the educational institution has switched to a modern educational platform that will help improve the quality of student training, develop independent creative activity, stimulate the acquisition of additional knowledge and its consolidation, which will ensure the training of competitive specialists for the labour market. Teachers today use a wide range of interconnected services and tools that can be used when organising online learning with students. Their use not only improves and optimises the educational process, but also encourages students to acquire digital skills, which is one of the key goals of modern higher education. We believe that a step-by-step analysis of other G Suite for Education applications in a comparative perspective is promising.
