Abstract
Метою статті є дослідження проблеми аномії в історії філософсько-правової думки від найдавніших часів до сьогодення та визначення шляхів подолання виявів аномії в сучасному українському суспільстві. Методологія. Методологічну основу дослідження становлять загальні та спеціальні методи наукового пізнання: діалектичний метод, застосування якого дало можливістьрозглянути досліджуване явище в його розвитку та взаємозв’язку з іншими фактами суспільного життя; метод системно-структурного аналізу дозволив проаналізувати феномен аномії в контексті конфліктогенності сучасного суспільства; за допомогою історичного методу досліджено причини виникнення аномії в процесі історичного розвитку, з’ясовано особливості різних етапів розвитку, а також його тенденції. Thepurpose of the article is to research the problem of anomie in the history of philosophical and legal thought from ancient times to the present, and to identify ways of overcoming manifestations of anomie in modern Ukrainian society.Methodology.The methodological basis of the study is comprised of the general and specific methods of scientific knowledge: a dialectical method, which made it possible to consider the phenomenon under study in its development and the relationship with other phenomena of social life; the method of systemic-structural analysis has allowed to analyze the phenomenon of anomie in the context of conflict of modern society; historical method is being used to investigate the causesof anomie in the process of historical development, to find out the peculiarities of different stages of the said development, as well as its trends.
