Abstract
У даній статті здійснюється дослідження теми механізму делегування повноважень саморегулівним організаціям (далі – СРО). Ґрунтуючись на результатах наукових досліджень питання саморегулювання наводиться висновок про актуальність та ефективність залучення таких організацій до виконання певних владних повноважень, виходячи з чого, також можна визначити і про необхідність більш детального розкриття саме процесу делегування владних повноважень СРО, який є основним у становленні таких організацій у якості суб’єкта адміністративного права. This article examines the topic of the mechanism of delegation of powers to self-regulatory organizations (hereinafter – SRO). Based on the results of scientific research on self-regulation, the conclusion is made on the relevance and effectiveness of involving such organizations in the exercise of certain powers, based on which, we can also determine the need for more detailed disclosure of the process of delegating power to SROs. quality of the subject of administrative law. In addition to scientific material, there is also a review of existing developments in current legislation, namely in the sectoral legal act, which is aimed at architectural activities, and determines the procedure for delegating authority to the SRO.
