Abstract
Навчальний посібник охоплює питання курсу «Теорія держави та права», що містяться в робочій програмі навчальної дисципліни та рекомендовані МВС України для закладів вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання, що готують здобувачів вищої освіти за спеціальностями «Право», «Правоохоронна діяльність». Особливістю навчального посібника є висвітлення в систематизованому вигляді найважливіших загальнотеоретичних положень про державу і право, що дозволяє здобувачам вищої освіти самостійно в доступній формі вивчати навчальний матеріал, готуватись до семінарських та практичних занять, колоквіумів, ділових ігор, квестів, заліків, екзаменів. Навчальний посібник розрахований на здобувачів вищої освіти, які вивчають курс «Теорія держави та права», викладачів навчальних закладів юридичного профілю, а також для всіх, хто цікавиться питаннями державотворення. The study guide covers the questions of the "Theory of State and Law" course contained in the work program of the academic discipline and recommended by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for institutions of higher education with specific conditions of study, which prepare students of higher education in the specialties "Law", "Law enforcement activities". A feature of the textbook is the systematized coverage of the most important general theoretical provisions about the state and law, which allows students of higher education to study the educational material independently in an accessible form, to prepare for seminars and practical classes, colloquiums, business games, quests, tests, exams. The study guide is designed for students of higher education studying the "Theory of the State and Law" course, teachers of legal educational institutions, as well, as for all those interested in issues of the state and law.
