Abstract
Наукова стаття присвячена дослідженню теоретичних та практичних аспектів процесу встановлення (визнання) батьківства, особливостей адміністративної процедури його здійснення та оскарження в деяких країнах ЄС, Російській Федерації та в Україні. На підставі дослідження наукових праць вчених та аналізу законодавства різних країн в сфері правового регулювання визнання батьківства сформульовано висновки і пропозиції щодо вдосконалення положень чинного адміністративного та сімейного законодавства, яке регулює процес визнання батьківства. The scientific article is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of the process of establishing (recognition) of paternity, the peculiarities of the administrative procedure for its implementation and appeal in some EU countries, the Russian Federation and Ukraine. Based on the study of scientific works of scientists and analysis of legislation of different countries in the field of legal regulation of paternity, conclusions and proposals for improving the provisions of current administrative and family law governing the process of paternity.
