dc.description.abstract	У дисертації здійснено комплексне дослідження теоретичних та практичних проблем діяльності детектива Національного антикорупційного бюро України. Висвітлено історичні тенденції становлення та розвитку інституту детектива у кримінальному процесуальному законодавстві України. Визначено сутність і зміст повноважень детектива Національного антикорупційного бюро України, як сторони обвинувачення у кримінальному провадженні. Розкрито зміст та межі процесуальної самостійності детектива Національного антикорупційного бюро України. Висвітлено наукові підходи до особливостей використання спеціальних знань спеціаліста й експерта під час досудового розслідування у кримінальних провадженнях. Досліджено процес взаємодії детектива з іншими правоохоронними органами під час досудового розслідування у кримінальних провадженнях. Розроблено пропозиції щодо внесення змін та доповнень до КПК України стосовно удосконалення регламентації діяльності детектива у кримінальному провадженні. У результаті вивчення доктринальних і нормативних джерел з’ясовано, що детектив Національного антикорупційного бюро України це учасник кримінального провадження зі сторони обвинувачення, що здійснює досудове розслідування злочинів, вчинених певною категорією осіб, з урахуванням розміру предмета злочину або завданої ним шкоди, а в окремих випадках можуть розслідувати злочини, які віднесені до підслідності слідчих інших органів. Охарактеризовано ознаки самостійності детектива НАБУ. Розкрито особливості взаємодії детектива НАБУ з іншими детективами, слідчими та оперативними підрозділами, спеціалістами, експертами та службовими особами органів державної влади, підприємств, установ, організацій. Визначено зміст, роль і значення прокурорського нагляду й судового контролю за досудовим розслідуванням детективом НАБУ. В диссертации осуществлено комплексное исследование теоретических и практических проблем деятельности детектива Национального антикоррупционного бюро Украины. In the dissertation the complex investigation of theoretical and practical problems of the detective activity of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine was carried out. The historical tendencies of the establishment and development of the Detective Institute in the criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine are highlighted. The essence and content of the powers of the detective of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, as the parties to the prosecution in the criminal proceedings, are determined. The content and limits of procedural independence of the detective of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine are revealed. The scientific approaches to the peculiarities of the use of specialized knowledge of a specialist and an expert during pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings are highlighted. The process of interaction of the detective with other law enforcement bodies during the pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings was investigated. Proposals on introducing amendments and additions to the CPC of Ukraine regarding the improvement of the regulation of the detective's activity in criminal proceedings have been developed. As a result of the study of doctrinal and normative sources, it was found that a detective of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine is a party to the criminal proceeding on the part of the prosecution, who carries out pre-trial investigation of crimes committed by a certain category of persons, taking into account the size of the subject of the crime or the damage inflicted, and in some cases can investigate crimes attributed to the investigation of other authorities. Characterized by the independence of the detective NABU. The peculiarities of the interaction of detective NABU with other detectives, investigators and operational units, specialists, experts and officials of state authorities, enterprises, institutions and organizations are revealed.
