Abstract
У статті досліджуються особливості історичного розвитку німецької моделі соціальної держави. Розкривається сучасний стан конституційного закріплення соціальних прав громадян Федеративної Республіки Німеччина. The article examines the peculiarities of the historical development of the German model of a social state. The present state of constitutional consolidation of social rights of citizens of the Federal Republic of Germany is revealed.
