Abstract
Стаття присвячена історії становлення, розвитку й сучасному стану кримінальної психології як окремої галузі юридичної психології. Висвітлено історичну генезу, етапи формування та наукові школи кримінальної психології. Проаналізовано фундаментальні праці з кримінальної психології, визначено психологічні закономірності, які належать до її предмета. Увагу акцентовано на необхідності дослідження психіки особи злочинця (правопорушника), вивченні механізмів злочинної поведінки та злочинних типів. Метоюстатті є розгляд історії формування кримінальної психології та її сучасного стану в Україні й інших країнах Європи. Методологічним підґрунтямпублікаціїє використання філософських методів пізнання, історичного, порівняльного йнизки психологічних методів дослідження. Наукова новизнаполягає в комплексному дослідженні проблем кримінальної психології, історії її становлення та розвитку. Висновки.Кримінальна психологія є важливою галуззю юридичної психології, яка пройшла складний шлях. У структурі кримінальної психології центральне місце посідає психологічний механізм злочинної діяльності та вивчення психіки особи злочинця. Перспективною в кримінальній психології є типізація злочинних типів і розроблення психологічних профілів невідомих злочинців. The article is devoted to the history of formation, development and current state of criminal psychology as a separate branch of legal psychology. The historical genesis, stages andscientific schools of formation of criminal psychology are covered. Fundamental works on criminal psychology are analyzed and psychological patterns that are related to its subject are determined. Attention is drawn to the need to study the psyche of the offender (offender), the study of mechanisms of criminal behavior and typification of criminal types. The purposeof the article is to consider the history of the formation of criminal psychology and determine its current state in Ukraine and other European countries. The methodological basisof the article is the use of philosophical methods of cognition, historical, comparative and a number of systems of psychological research methods. The scientific noveltylies in a comprehensive study of the problems of criminal psychology, the history of its formation and development. Conclusions.Criminal psychology is an important branch of legal psychology that has come a long way. In the structure of criminal psychology the central place is occupied by the psychological mechanism of criminal activity and the study of the psyche of the offender. Promising in criminal psychology is the typification of criminal types and the development of psychological profiles of unknown criminals.
