Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню заборон та обмежень на дипломатичній службі як структурних елементів правового статусу дипломатичних працівників. Досліджуються поняття та сутність заборон і обмежень на дипломатичній службі, здійснено їх класифікацію. Визначені проблеми правового регулювання встановлення заборон та обмежень для дипломатичних працівників і надано пропозиції з удосконалення відповідного законодавства. The article is devoted to the study of prohibitions and restrictions on the diplomatic service as structural elements of the legal status of diplomatic employees. The concept and essence of prohibitions and restrictions on the diplomatic service are investigated, their classification is carried out. The problems of legal regulation of the imposition of prohibitions and restrictions for diplomatic staff were identified and proposals were made to improve the relevant legislation.
