Abstract
У статті проаналізовано питання відводу судді в цивільному процесі України в суді першої інстанції. Визначається проблема відводу судді в разі одноосібного розгляду справи як у цивільному, так і в інших формах судочинства. Надаються варіанти вирішення проблеми відводу судді в разі одноосібного розгляду справи. In the article the question of disqualification of a judge in the civil process of Ukraine in the trial court is analized. The problem, of disqualification at the sole consideration in civil cases as well as other forms of justice are etermined. The solutions to the problems of sole disqualification of a judge at the trial are provided.
