Abstract
Метою практикуму з теорії держави та права є поєднання в підготовці курсантів (слухачів) умінь поєднувати теоретичні знання з навичками їх застосування для вирішення навчальних і практичних завдань у сферах нормотворчої діяльності та тлумачення норм права, здійснення систематизації чинного законодавства, правореалізаційної діяльності, проведення профілактичної, оперативно-розшукової, виховної роботи поліції та інших практичних дій. Практикум орієнтований на формування навичок: вільно використовувати основні наукові конструкції теорії держави та права, правильно застосувати їх при оцінюванні конкретних ситуацій; орієнтуватися в джерелах права; адекватно тлумачити норми права та аналізувати їх структуру; визначати склад і зміст правових відносин, відрізняти їх від інших видів суспільних відносин; правильно реалізовувати норми права в різних професійних ситуаціях; виконувати на практиці вимоги законності та правопорядку тощо. The purpose of the workshop on the theory of state and law is to combine the skills of the students (students) to combine theoretical knowledge with the skills of their application for solving educational and practical tasks in the areas of rule-making activity and the interpretation of the rules of law, the systematization of the current legislation, right-realization activities, carrying out preventive, operative production, educational work of the police and other practical actions. The workshop is focused on the formation of skills: to freely use the basic scientific constructions of the theory of state and law, to apply them correctly in the assessment of specific situations; navigate in sources of law; adequately interpret the rules of law and analyze their structure; determine the composition and content of legal relations, distinguish them from other types of social relations; to correctly implement the rules of law in various professional situations; to comply in practice with the requirements of law and order and so on.
