Abstract
У методичних рекомендаціях розглянуто кримінально-правову характеристику незаконного переправлення осіб через державний кордон України та особливості розслідування цього злочину. Визначено типові слідчі ситуації, що виникають у ході розслідування, розкрито порядок проведення окремих слідчих (розшукових) дій. Для слідчих, оперативних працівників, працівників прокуратури, суду, адвокатів, а також науковців, викладачів і курсантів.The criminal law description of illegal transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine and peculiarities of investigation of this crime are considered. The typical investigative situations that are emerging during the investigation are determined, the procedure for carrying out separate investigative (search) actions is disclosed.For investigators, operatives, prosecutors, court, lawyers, as well as academics, teachers and cadets.
