Abstract
Досліджено зарубіжний досвід організації надання адміністративних послуг, що передбачає можливість подальшого впровадження найдоцільніших ідей на підставі аналізу як позитивних, так і негативних аспектів. Зокрема, розглянуто досвід Німеччини, Нідерландів, Польщі, Бразилії та Канади у сфері організації системи надання адміністративних послуг органами публічної влади.The article examines the foreign experience of providing administrative services with the possibility of further introducing the most appropriate ideas, analyzing both the positive and the negative aspects. In particular, the experience of Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Brazil and Canada in the field of organizing the system of providing administrative services by public authorities was considered. It has been established that public services for the provision of administrative services by public authorities are carried out by special agencies – «service supermarkets» (Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Canada), service centers (Brazil).
